Lineage: This file contains point information representing wells with verified locations selected from the County Well Index (CWI) database of well records and related data maintained by the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Geological Survey. This well information was used to construct all of the geologic and hydrogeologic maps in this project. It includes stratigraphic data that were used to map the extent of the surficial sand, buried sand aquifers, and bedrock aquifers. Some data are provided in table format only (well_data_other).
